Return Policy

You can return any product within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.

We do not charge return or handling fees.

The customer is only responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@eclipse-originals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a Track & Trace code.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are possible within 24 HOURS of ordering.

Important Notes:

  • The returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached and show no signs of use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged beyond our control.

  • All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
